Baked Chicken Recipe

Today I’m sharing a family favorite! Baked chicken is one of the easiest recipes to make, super lean protein helps keep you on track and can be paired with almost any side.

Baked Chicken

(takes approximately 40 minutes from start to finish)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of chicken thighs

  • Chicken bone broth

  • Salt & pepper

  • *seasonings of your choice … we love spice in my house and often add cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Coat oven safe pan or baking sheet with oil (we love coconut oil spray).

  3. Remove chicken thighs from package and add to oven safe dish.

  4. Add bone broth to dish, make sure entire bottom of pan is covered with a thin layer of broth.

  5. Add seasoning to dish.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken has reached 165 degrees.

  7. Slice & serve.
