Morning Yoga Flow

I thought it was only fitting to add in a powerful morning flow this week too.
Movement in the morning is everything to me. It wakes my body and mind up and gets me ready for the day ahead.
Plus I secretly love getting my workout in early…not only does it boost my metabolism for the rest of the day…but I don’t have to worry about squeezing it in later.
