Immunity Juice
/Here is one of my favorite juice recipes! Juicing helps to maintain vibrant energy, glowing skin and a boosted immune system.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
3 celery sticks
1 red apple [ without the core ]
1 piece of ginger root
Handful of parsley
Handful of spinach
1/3 of a cucumber
3 squeezes of lemon
Directions:
Blend or juice.
*Leaving the skin on your fruit will offer more fiber and nutrients.
