Turmeric Yogurt at Home Facial Recipe

This DIY at home face mask will help to improve your skin texture and tone.

Ingredients:

  • 1 TBSP organic plain yogurt

  • 1 TBSP organic honey (local when possible)

  • 1 TBSP turmeric powder

Directions:

  1. Mix all three ingredients together, and lather over face for approximately 15 fifteen minutes.

  2. Rinse throughly and apply your regular moisturizer.

What’s the benefit?

Turmeric helps with pigmentation - living in south Florida this is so important. Honey helps to soften the skin, and improve elasticity. The yogurt helps to remove dead surface cells to brighten and even out texture of your skin. Three super simple ingredients, but you will definitely notice a difference.
