St. Patrick’s Day Green Smoothie
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (we love Garden of Life Raw Protein)
- 2 cups of raw organic spinach
- 1/2 of a raw avocado
- 2 drops of peppermint oil (we like Young Living Peppermint Vitality)
- * not all peppermint oil is to be ingested, read your bottle carefully
- Add 4 ice cubes, blend & enjoy!
