10 Body Weight Squats

10 Body Weight Lunges On Each Leg

10 Curtsy Lunges On Each Leg

10 Jump Squats

10 Frog Jumps

10 Single Leg Lunges On Each Leg  (back leg is on stable non-moving bench or chair)

50 Mountain Climbers

Stretch it out in Downward Dog.

REPEAT 5 TIMES
