It doesn’t matter why you come, just as long as you show up.

Maybe you come to yoga to tighten and tone.

Maybe you need some time away from your family or work. Time for you.

Maybe you need time to just breathe, and ease your anxiety and begin to heal.

Maybe you don’t know what you need, but you know you need to go to yoga.

Over the years I have shown up on my mat for all of those reasons at one time or another.

It doesn’t matter what brings you to your mat, what matters is that you keep coming back to move, breathe and connect.
