Sunflower seed toast is the perfect way to begin your day! Top it with bananas, raspberries, and chia seeds for added protein, fiber, and omega-3s.
- One piece of whole grain toast (gluten-free options available)
- 2 tsp sunflower seed butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3-4 raspberries
- 4-5 slices of banana
- Toast your bread and spread the sunflower seed butter on top.
- Sprinkle the chia seeds evenly on top of the sunflower seed butter.
- Top it with raspberries and banana slices.
