Coconut oil maintains its chemical makeup even when exposed to high temperatures. You may use coconut oil for any temperature cooking.

By the spoonful: Coconut oil is loaded with essential fatty acids that are immensely beneficial to our digestion. The antimicrobial properties in coconut oil can help to prevent and treat digestive issues such as leaky gut, gluten poisoning, candida and other gut irritations or infections. Take a teaspoon of coconut oil a day, straight or mixed into your favorite smoothie!
