Lean and Green Body and Delicious Raw co-hosted a free event for our community to promote a healthy lifestyle. We started our event with one hour of gentle vinyasa flow, centering ourselves and detaching from our week. Bonding with our neighbors, and even using them as support during our balance sequence.
