Simple Salad Recipe | Lean and Green Body

My favorite (and simplest) salad recipe ever!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag of Organic Arugula
  • 1 Organic Avocado
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • Sprinkle of pink himalayan sea salt and pepper as desired

Directions:

  1. Wash all produce.
  2. Empty the arugula into large mixing bowl. 
  3. Squeeze lemon juice on top of arugula. 
  4. Open and dice avocado, place avocado on top of arugula.
  5. Massage lemon, avocado and arugula together.
  6. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Enjoy!
