There is honestly nothing better than a feel good, heavy breathing, sweat pouring power vinyasa class. It’s not only a great way to get your workout in, but you are able to stretch and build strength simultaneously - while being able to connect to your breath. 

Here is my personal playlist that I use whenever I feel like I need a good and swift kick in the asana. Playlist is about 60 minutes long, please enjoy!
