Meet the Team: Julia Szilagyi

Julia was raised in Naples, Florida. She attended Florida State University, where she studied Environment Science and Policy. While at Florida State, Julia adopted a new lifestyle. Healthy living, wellness, and yoga became an integral part of her life. A new way of life and healing, that she would one day be able to share with other young women. 

This journey was not an easy one. Julia took her first yoga class in 2011. She did not want to go, but had promised a friend. After waking from her first savasana, Julia was hooked on yoga. She practiced yoga regularly for four years, before taking her yoga teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico in 2015. She has since trained with Master teachers Taylor Harkness, Craig Perkins, and Christopher Perkins. Her thirst for knowledge pushed Julia to continue her education in health and wellness. She recently became a Holistic Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. 

She has always had a passion for working with children and the outdoors. Growing up, she worked as a camp counselor, primarily working with young girls ages 8-18. Julia loves sharing her knowledge with young girls, and believes that young women have a very important role in society. She is passionate about this demographic, and wants to empower and encourage young women. Julia hopes to combine all of her knowledge and education to better serve her community.

Jennifer Khosla

Founder, Lean and Green Body.  Mind Body Wellness Practitioner, Holistic Nutrition Specialist and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher; Jennifer Khosla received her B.S. in Athletic Training from Springfield College. She later went on to study clinical dietetics, holistic nutrition and modalities to heal the body naturally through nutrition and lifestyle.
