Jennifer Khosla | Lean and Green Body

Mind Body Wellness Practitioner, Holistic Nutrition Specialist and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher; Jennifer Khosla received her B.S. in Athletic Training from Springfield College. She later went on to study clinical dietetics, holistic nutrition and modalities to heal the body naturally through nutrition and lifestyle. 

Jennifer has a passion for helping her clients achieve their health and fitness goals. She does this through her yoga classes, personal training, nutrition and hypnotherapy. Her background in athletic training and sports medicine helps her push her clients as well as herself to a higher level. 

Jennifer has been working in the field of nutrition for over eight years; and still considers herself a life long student. She continues her education through conferences, workshops and seminars. Jennifer focuses on mind body wellness, athletic performance, food allergies and intolerances, family nutrition and weight management. 

Jennifer completed her first teacher training with Jeanie Carlstead at the La Jolla Yoga Center. She is a E-RYT-200 hr, certified with Yoga Alliance. She has completed workshops with David Swenson, Erich Schiffman, Bryan Kest and Swami Nitya.

Jennifer has been in the personal training field for ten years; and believes in functional training for her clients. She thrives on learning new exercises and movements to share with her community. She has worked in the clinical setting at a major hospital in Boston Massachusetts, with collegiate athletes, United States Coast Guard Officers, United States Navy Special Forces, children, cancer survivors, and many weight management clients. 

Jennifer is a Certified Standup Paddle Board Yoga Teacher; and in 2014 became a Standup Paddle Board Ambassador for Mini of Ft. Myers.
